Distribu-Q was created as a cloud-based software solution that takes away the burden of the distribution, repair tracking and communication to all stakeholders about the devices selected for the 1:1 initiative.  Our turnkey software solution can make the deployment process easier and more efficient.  Your part of the setup is a snap because we will take care of the rest for you.  We have worked diligently to take most of the work out of your hands so that you are up and ready to go in a matter of minutes.

Distribu-Q setup process

What’s needed?

The setup requires you to share your school’s specific information.  There are two sets of information that we have to have in one of the following formats:

  1. The first set of information we need is your students’ information in any of the following formats:
    • A comma delimited file (.csv)
    • A tab delimited file (Tab)
    • Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
    • Google spreadsheet
    • Direct download from Google Admin dashboard (A direct link for automatic updates coming soon)
    • A download from Student Information System (SMS) (A direct link for automatic updates coming soon)
    • A download from Students Information System (SIS) (A direct link for automatic updates coming soon)
  1. The second set of information we need is your devices’  information in any of the following formats:
    • A comma delimited file (.csv)
    • A tab delimited file (Tab)
    • Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
    • Google spreadsheet
    • Direct download from Google Admin dashboard (A direct link for automatic updates coming soon)

Once we have access to your school’s specific information, we take care of all the other procedures.  You will receive a notification that the checkout system is ready to use.  Other information will follow which will address the levels of access to the checkout system, online or in-person training, tech support information, contact information, as well as in any other information pertaining to other custom solutions if you chose such option.
